• Steve O'Sullivan (live) •
One of the UK's most well respected artists in electronic music, Steve has spent decades in the industry both as a producer, performer and label-owner. His work ranges between minimal dub techno to heavy-hitting house music and everything in between... And his productions are nothing short of timeless.
Steve has curated a number of seminal imprints from Bluespirit and Bluetrain to the infamous Mosaic - and he's possibly most well-known for a punchy and uplifting live set which needs no introduction from us. After hosting Fumiya Tanaka and Baby Ford on previous editions of the birthday, we're happy to be adding another legend to the list.
• Alex & Digby •
Future heroes Alex & Digby have steadily grown in notoriety during recent times both at home and abroad, for their bold sets and experimental productions.
Having moved back to the UK from South Africa and gone on to work as studio engineers in London for over ten years, the boys recently made their move to Berlin and have garnered widespread underground support for work on their own label Flash as a Rat - as well as with releases on Discobar and the freshly released 'Black Mink' EP on Hello?Repeat. Putting experience from the studio and an accomplished knowledge of various genres into the booth is possibly their biggest asset; you can expect only good things to come from these brothers at arms in the coming years.
• Residents and Friends •
Joining our two headliners are Nerram, Brennan and Sam Power who'll perform across different stages of the evening - accompanied by Matt Lee on visuals and possibly a little surprise guest if you're lucky.
Brennan warms up for Alex & Digby with a signature deep and rolling opener, whereas Sam and Nerram will have the freedom of the afterparty to set some heavy-hitting numbers loose.
